History of the Wall to Wall Group

Our journey so far

From local experts to a Nordic group

Wall to Wall Group is made up of several companies, each with its own unique history and strong local roots. What unites them is a shared commitment to supporting property owners with everything from routine to periodic maintenance.

The foundation of today’s group was established in spring 2022 through the merger of Spolargruppen Sverige AB and TBD30 AB. Since then, the business has grown rapidly through strategic acquisitions and is now represented in around 20 locations across the Nordic region. As of January 2024, the entire group operates under the name Wall to Wall Group.

Establishment of Spolargruppen

The company is established through the merger of Spolarna and Repipe.

Three acquisitions in Sweden

Spolargruppen is growing by acquiring three companies in Sweden.

Four acquisitions in Sweden

Spolargruppen continues to grow by acquiring four new companies in Sweden. The company is acquired by TBD30 to become a Nordic player.

The merger between Tebede and Spolargruppen is listed on First North.

Spolargruppen acquires eight companies: six in Sweden, one in Norway, and one in Denmark.

Tebede is listed on the main market OMX Stockholm Nasdaq.
