Share capital development

As of December 31, 2022, the number of Class A shares amounted to 11,348,394 and the number of Class B shares to 2,000,000. The share capital totaled SEK 3.4 million. Both Class A and Class B shares carry one vote each. The number of Class A shares has since changed through new share issues, resulting in a combined total of 13,817,291 Class A and Class B shares as of December 31, 2024.
