Wall to Wall Group AB (publ) (“Wall to Wall”) has, through its wholly owned subsidiary GG Väst AB, signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Västsvenska Spol och Slam AB (“Västsvenska”). The acquisition strengthens Wall to Wall’s offering and presence in flushing services in western Sweden.
Västsvenska provides emergency and preventive flushing and suction services for sewage systems. Its customers primarily consist of property owners, housing associations, and commercial property managers.
The acquired business has an annual net sales of approximately SEK 10 million. The purchase price will be paid in cash.
