Wall to Wall Group’s Class A share was originally listed on Nasdaq Stockholm on June 24, 2021. In connection with the merger with Spolargruppen, the listing was transferred to Nasdaq First North Growth Market on April 29, 2022. Since October 23, 2023, Wall to Wall Group’s Class A share has once again been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The company’s Class B share is not listed but carries the same rights as the Class A share and can be converted into Class A shares at any time.

As of December 31, 2024, Wall to Wall Group had 745 shareholders. The 10 largest shareholders on that date held 62.6 percent of the company’s total shares.

The company has issued three different series of warrants, two of which are listed for trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
