As of December 31, 2022, the number of Class A shares amounted to 11,348,394 and the number of Class B shares to 2,000,000. The share capital totaled SEK 3.4 million. Both Class A and Class B shares carry one vote each. The number of Class A shares has since changed through new share issues, resulting in a combined total of 13,817,291 Class A and Class B shares as of December 31, 2024.

The company has three outstanding series of warrants, two of which are listed for trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. For these warrants, four warrants entitle the holder to subscribe for one share. All warrants are exercisable at a subscription price of SEK 115 per share, with the final exercise date being June 30, 2026.

The total number of new shares that may be issued through the exercise of warrants not held by the company amounted to 1,632,017 shares as of December 31, 2024, corresponding to a potential maximum dilution of 11.8 percent. However, the actual dilution may be lower, as the company has the option to allow for alternative settlement methods, including so-called net strike.
