Sustainability in Business

Wall to Wall Group delivers resource-efficient services that help reduce emissions, lower costs, and extend the lifespan of buildings. We take an integrated approach to sustainability, where environmental responsibility, resource efficiency, and social accountability not only drive business value but also reduce our climate impact. Our efforts are aligned with the EU Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), where we have identified the following areas as material to our operations: Climate Change (E1), Pollution (E2), Resource Use and Circular Economy (E5), and Social Responsibility (S1).

Concrete environmental action

We focus on reducing emissions, preventing pollution, and using resources more efficiently. Our work is grounded in a science-based framework, with a goal-oriented approach to addressing the most material environmental issues in line with the ESRS.

ESRs E1

Climate change

Our climate impact primarily stems from emissions related to buildings, vehicles, and suppliers. By using pipe relining and air duct sealing, we extend the life of existing systems and reduce the need for new construction – thereby lowering the climate footprint across the entire value chain. We also support the energy transition through geothermal energy solutions and reduced dependence on fossil fuels.

ESRS E2

Pollution

We actively work to reduce pollution affecting air, soil, and water. Our efforts focus on emissions from vehicles, material processing, and chemical usage. We have implemented supply chain controls and are improving the safe handling of hazardous substances. Emissions from drilling and flushing activities are managed with strict procedures that also prevent micro-plastic release and waste-related risks.

ESRS E5

Resource use and circular economy

We aim to conserve finite resources by extending the lifespan of installations and minimizing the need for new production. Throughout our operations and supply chain, we prioritize recycling and the use of reclaimed materials. By applying efficient methods and carefully selecting materials, we reduce both resource consumption and waste generation.

Social sustainability

Systematic efforts related to work environment, accountability, and transparency are essential to ensuring continuity and quality in our operations. Through clear policies, preventive routines, and a culture of inclusion, we create safe and supportive conditions for our employees. Our work also includes business ethics structures and reporting mechanisms in line with ESRS S1 and G1.

ESRs S1

Systematic work on health and safety

We take a structured approach to promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our employees. Through safety inspections, risk assessments, and regular employee surveys, we foster a workplace where potential issues are identified early and addressed systematically.

ESRs S1 & G1

Policies that guide and clarify responsibilities

Our operations are governed by group-wide policies covering occupational health and safety, equal treatment, recruitment, business ethics, and whistleblowing. These are aligned with international frameworks such as the UN Guiding Principles and the ILO Core Conventions, ensuring long-term accountability in areas such as working conditions, human rights, and regulatory compliance.

ESRs S1 & G1

Participation and transparency

Transparency is a cornerstone of our organizational culture. Through safety committees, regular follow-ups, and a dedicated whistleblower channel, we ensure secure and accessible reporting paths for all employees. These mechanisms support early detection, proactive problem-solving, and stronger mutual trust – a critical foundation for both sustainability and operational excellence.

Sustainable governance in the value chain

A structured and well-managed supply chain reduces risk exposure and contributes to long-term business stability. We work systematically to ensure good working conditions and respect for human rights throughout the value chain. Through clear expectations, continuous monitoring, and constructive dialogue, we lay the foundation for responsible partnerships – minimizing the risk of disruptions, quality issues, or reputational damage.

ESRs S2

Responsible supply chain management

We set clear requirements for working conditions, occupational health and safety, and respect for human rights across our supply chain. These requirements are formalized in supplier agreements and form the basis for long-term partnerships. With strong governance, we aim to reduce risks, safeguard quality, and promote a sustainable network of business partners.

ESRs S2

Oversight and compliance in the supply chain

To minimize the risk of non-compliance in our value chain, we apply systematic controls, thorough documentation, and full traceability. We actively monitor how subcontractors manage chemicals, hazardous waste, and workplace safety – with the goal of preventing incidents and ensuring responsible, sustainable practices.

ESRs S2

Sustainability through collaboration

We view sustainability in the supply chain as a continuous improvement process. Through regular dialogue and joint development initiatives, we support our suppliers in meeting our standards over time. This approach strengthens business relationships while reducing the risk of disruptions, misconduct, or loss of trust.
