What is whistleblowing?
At Wall to Wall Group, we are committed to maintaining an open and transparent workplace where misconduct has no place. By providing you with the opportunity to whistleblow, we uphold that standard together. We use the Whistleblowing Channel, which guarantees your anonymity and ensures a high level of security.
Who can report?
In short, you can report misconduct if you are, or have been, a part of the Wall to Wall Group. If you’re unsure whether your situation applies, we encourage you to read more in our Whistleblowing Policy.
What can be reported?
We encourage you to report any suspected misconduct within the company when it is in the public interest for it to be brought to light. You do not need to provide proof of your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.
How is reporting handled?
All reports are treated confidentially. Any irrelevant personal data will be deleted, and the case will be retained only as long as necessary. Cases are initially handled by Advokatbyrån VICI to ensure independent management. Our internal contact persons may take over the case thereafter, if needed.
